Graham Gilbert - Non-Executive Chairman
Graham founded ComputerLand UK in 1989, a business that specialised in providing IT infrastructure support services to corporate and public sector clients. The business had four main product offerings, Managed Services, Project Services, Hardware Support and Managed Product Supply. Notable clients included O2, Experian, Comet, and Heinz. In September 1997 Graham floated the business on the AIM list of the LSE and continued to grow the organisation until it was sold to Capita in April 2008, with a turnover of £70 million with a PBT of £3.1 million. The business employed 500 staff (April 08) of whom about 400 were involved in service delivery. During the 19 years as CEO and Chairman of ComputerLand Graham gained a wide range of expertise and experience in a number of areas including, floating a private company, managing the board of a public company, fund raising, acquisitions, managing city and investor relations, designing and implementing innovative service offerings and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Since leaving ComputerLand Graham has become investor and Chairman of the following companies and works extensively in the Private Equity sector.

- BigHand Ltd – The UK market leader in Digital Dictation and workflow products
- Kirona Solutions Ltd - A leading provider of Field Force Automation solutions
Steve Robinson - Managing Director
As MD Steve is responsible for organisational development and financial performance, as well as pitching in on the new business front frequently. Since acquiring Littlefish in late 2010 Steve has overseen the business’s technical and operational capability improvements, spearheading the implementation of next generation technologies like User Experience Monitoring and IT Process Automation. Steve has worked in the IT Industry since leaving school (nearly 20 years ago) and has held senior roles in Computerland UK Plc and Capita, where he was responsible for turning a marginally loss making multi-million pound division to a 40% operating profit margin within 24 months.
Richard Roome - Services Director
Passionate about the Littlefish service, Richard has been responsible for shaping the Littlefish Service Delivery teams and with an attention for detail is driven to ensure the service is of the highest quality. After initially working in the Wind Energy industry undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments, he has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, initially from a technical perspective moving thereafter to operational and service management roles. Richard has been involved in a number of successful high growth start-up ventures as well as Operational Management and Service Account Management roles for major clients at ComputerLand UK Plc and Capita IT Services.
Richard Hutchings - Technical Director
He has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, starting as a technical consultant before progressing through service management before managing the infrastructure delivery for large enterprises on behalf of ComputerLand & Capita IT Services.
