Why Littlefish?

MJ Gleeson Group Plc were an existing outsourcer of IT services to a large Managed Service Provider and were looking for a smaller, more agile support partner who could tailor a service to better meet their business needs and also value them as an important customer. Littlefish were successful in the tendering process. Flexibility and understanding the needs of MJ Gleeson were key to the design of the service. Littlefish invest time, effort and energy into a genuine partnership, meeting the requirements whilst assuring MJ Gleeson Plc that, as a major customer, their on-going service was central to our operational world.

Littlefish designed a support brief for MJ Gleeson plc that would:

  • Provide UK based 24x7x365 support services against stringent SLAs
  • Deliver a pro-active approach to infrastructure support, monitoring and management
  • Be accountable for owning end-to-end service and nominated third party partners
