Littlefish is committed to equality across all our people practices. We are proud of our first gender pay gap report and will continue to work to improve on our current position.

Our first report on gender pay shows an encouraging position.

It shares the data taken from April 2019 which has a median pay gap of 8.4% compared with the national average of 17.3%. At this point in time our workforce was 14% female and 86% male.

There has been significant growth over the last year and our aim is to have equality at all levels within the organisation so there’s still work for us to do!

In the last 12 months there have been lots of change at Littlefish, my role was introduced as part of the latest phase of growth and I’m pleased to say that we now have two Board members that are female.

Our next report in April 2021 will cover many more areas of change that we are proud of as we go on our gender pay gap journey.
