Littlefish is delighted to have been shortlisted in The Service Desk Institute (SDI) 2018 Awards, in the ‘Best Medium to Large Enterprise Managed Service Provider’ category.
The Best Managed Service Provider award recognises MSP’s who deliver exceptional service quality and business value by embracing best practise, collaborate with clients to create an inspiring and engaging service experience, and empower and invest in employees.
Littlefish demonstrated delivery of tangible business value by citing client examples where significant productivity gains, efficiencies, and user satisfaction improvements were achieved. Exceptional service quality was evidenced through performance metrics including a ‘world class’ Net Promoter Score, and First Contact Resolution rates far exceeding contractual commitment, continually improving through initiatives including Shift Left and Littlefish’ innovative Pod concept.
Littlefish invests significantly in employees, spearheaded by the Littlefish Academy and Starfish recognition and reward programme. Launched in 2016 the Littlefish Academy encourages employees to engage in professional development through a combination of three attainments: technical examinations, quality assessments and client satisfaction levels, with the prospect of increased earning potential for successful graduates. Meanwhile Starfish allows clients’ users to nominate engineers who go beyond the call of duty in their service and support provision, with monthly prizes on offer.
Littlefish is proud to be recognised by such a prestigious industry body, and shortlisted form such a significant number of entries and now looks forward to presenting to the SDI judging panel, before the winner is announced in January 2018.
