Finalists in the Service Desk Institute Awards 2018

Following on from our shortlist for the IT Service & Support Awards 2018, Littlefish is proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists, in the ‘Best Medium to Large Enterprise Managed Service Provider’ category. The category recognises the Managed Service Providers, who demonstrate excellence, innovation and professionalism in the IT industry and customer service delivery.

We are proud to have fought off the competition at the presentation Judging Day earlier this month to become finalists, by demonstrating that we go above and beyond to deliver tangible business value. People, whether our employees or customers, are always at the forefront of our processes and actions.

Our Sales & Marketing Director, Mark Petty who delivered the Littlefish presentation on the Judging Day said: “We’re delighted to have been selected as finalists for the ‘Best Medium to Large Managed Service Provider’ at the Service Desk Institute, IT Service & Support Awards. The prestigious finalist acknowledgement, shortlists the best three UK organisations and recognises not only the excellent customer service our employees provide, but supports our client’s selection of Littlefish as their partner of choice.”

We are now looking forward to welcoming the judges from the Service Desk Institute (SDI), who host the IT Service & Support Awards, to the Littlefish Nottingham HQ office next month. The office visit will give us the opportunity to demonstrate how our Service Desk and staff work as well as how we deliver services tailored to our customers’ needs and outcomes.
