The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Littlefish are recruiting for a EHT Service Desk Engineer to join the Service Desk Team. This role is home based position on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will be expected to come into the office once a month for team meetings and carry out your first 6-week training in the office (if able to do so)
What you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Reporting into the EHT Service Desk Team Leader, as a EHT Service Desk Engineer, you will provide effective technical support to Littlefish’s contract customers. The Service Desk Engineer will resolve desktop, laptop, printer, application issues, as well as performing network/server troubleshooting and administration. To be our Service Desk Engineer, you will be able to communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLA’s.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Previous experience within a 1st and 2nd line IT service desk or similar technical role
Previous experience using ITSM case management software
Previous experience using remote support tools to run diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Prior experience in troubleshooting and supporting the following technologies - Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, Enterprise Networks
Familiarity with the following software and technologies - MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Print, Mobile and Laptop/PC Hardware

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
Littlefish is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to come and join our growing Infrastructure team.
As the Infrastructure Engineer, you will report into the Infrastructure Team Leader. Your main duties will include resolving client technical issues. Clear thinking in how we investigate and resolve incidents will be critical, we expect our engineers to demonstrate clear evidence-based thinking. Outside of incident resolution, we also expect our engineers to carry out non-standard work requests, changes, assist other engineers in issues that they’re struggling with and participate in continuous improvement activities.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Experience in the following:
- AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS Solution Architect Associate or equivalent experience
- Experience maintaining AWS infrastructure
- Maintenance of core AWS services – EC2, VPCs, RDS, Cloudwatch, workspace
- AWS (as above), AD & LDAP, networking LANs and WANs,
- Working with service management tools to manage changes, incidents, problems and requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication

As the Availability, Capacity and BCDR Manager, you will report into the Head of Service Management. Your main duties will include taking overall responsibility for the management of the IT infrastructure, services, processes, roles, resources and tools that are required to deliver services. As the Onsite Engineer, you will be working on the Tech Bar, providing a walk-up service to a range of users, you will also be required to provide floorwalking services, you will report into the Service Delivery Manager. Your main duties will include providing effective onsite technical support to Littlefish’s customer on a dedicated basis, for desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will need to communicate effectively with the customer and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer specific SLA’s.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- Previous experience of working in an IT support role.
- Ability to demonstrate IT related problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support working across a range of up to date technologies including:
- Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
- Office 365
- Exchange
- Windows 10 &11
- Active Directory and iOS
- Deployment technologies such as InTune.

About the role:
Littlefish are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join the Multilingual team. This Service Desk Engineer candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and English also ideally have an element of Spanish language skills.
The candidate we are looking for will have experience in a similar technical role or customer service, although candidates who can demonstrate a track record of fast paced learning and a strong customer service background may be considered.

Littlefish is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to come and join our growing Professional Services team.
As the Senior Professional Services Engineer, you will report into the Head of Professional Services.
Your main duties will include providing industry-standard expertise for the planning, design and deployment of Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud solutions, that meet or exceed our customer requirements. This will also include creation of high and low level designs, implementation, testing, documentation as well as assisting in the successful completion of activities to achieve acceptance into service.
A significant proportion of Littlefish Projects are delivered remotely, however flexibility for travel should be maintained should the engagements being delivered require this (typically, this is confined to mainland UK locations).
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- Significant experience in the design and deployment of Microsoft Cloud Solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Modern Device Management), Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS, Microsoft Identity solutions (AD, Entra ID including P1 & P2 features).

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Microsoft M365 Lead Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The M365 Lead will be responsible for delivering and overseeing Microsoft M365 environments from a strategic position for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
As a M365 Lead Engineer you will work both individually and part of a team to implement and manage M365 aligned solutions for delivery to existing and potential future customers. The role will involve working with external clients & Our solutions architects and other staff to support the creation and delivery of their M365 aligned strategies and roadmap.
Your main duties will include:
Capability Development / Thought leadership / Pre-sales
- Technical SME for Microsoft M365 Management (DLP / IRM / Guardrails etc as well as advising on specific products)
- Incremental change proposals and design document amendments
- Key contact for specific customers to engage on M365 thought leadership – drawing on the account aligned architect where relevant
- Providing input into our M365 Management roadmaps
Senior Engineer / Mentoring
- Escalation point for technical queries relating to the M365 / Power Platform
- Involved in End User MIs as technical specialist
- High risk technical change approvers
- Identification of automation opportunities and the deployment of automation
- Completing specific technical projects or onboarding of new customers
Limited Standard engineering
- Ticket resolution (focused on complex or sensitive issues)
- SLA and KPI compliance
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- Proven experience as a Microsoft M365 Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of and experience with Microsoft 365 products and services.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with security, compliance standards, and legal regulations affecting Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
