Littlefish are looking to add a new member to our team to fill the position of Head of Professional Development. The individual will be responsible for end to end ownership of the induction process including managing and coordinating the delivery of training activities (internal & 3rd party delivered). They will have ownership over the Standard Operating Procedure familiarisation (service processes, toolsets etc.) and our Knowledge Management platform and processes,
The Head of Professional Development will also have responsibility of content creation and management of online motivation/performance platform. They will have to update company training records and certification records as well.
Externally focused responsibilities will include creating content for customer delivery projects e.g. client device rollouts etc.., training customer on the Littlefish toolset, creating and maintaining user guides for our toolset and processes. Assisting the Service Transition team in creating bespoke onboarding content may also be required of The Head of Professional Development.
Candidate should have experience of:
- Above all, successfully delivering activities akin to those outlined in the responsibilities
- Managing an induction process
- Maintaining an induction training programme
- Using some form of Knowledge Management platform
Previous experience working in a multi-customer IT environment would be desirable.
