Earlier this year, we announced being shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious Customer Experience Awards; an annual awards programme that celebrates the best of the best in customer service. After presenting ahead of the award ceremony last Friday we are absolutely delighted to be named the silver winners of Customer Centric Culture – IT and Telecoms Category.
We were up against some tough competition in our category, including O2, Three and Microsoft EMEA (the Gold winner of the category), so it is and incredible achievement to have won Silver against much bigger opposition.
It means a lot to us to be recognized as a Customer Centric Culture is especially close to our hearts.
Steve Robinson, Littlefish’s Managing Director commented “ At Littlefish, our simple aim is to deliver the best customer experience for the services that we provide. Whilst it’s great recognition of our efforts in being highlighted as the silver winner, we will of course be looking to pip Microsoft to the post next year!”
The Customer Experience Awards is the most comprehensive customer awards programme in the UK, awarding companies that have demonstrated a real dedication to a quality customer experience.
The awards were judged by 130 customer experience experts who each brought industry-specific knowledge from their field. Entrants were judged on a written application and a 15-minute presentation using a set of carefully selected criteria.
The winners were announced on September 23rd at a formal awards ceremony, held at the spectacular Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
