Littlefish are delighted to announce an exciting new Managed IT Services contract with UK Parliament which went live this week.
Littlefish are supporting the Parliamentary Digital Service’s (PDS) internal ICT function as a direct overflow extension of their IT Service Desk, to help handle peak demand for 8500 users. The trial service is PDS’ first foray into partnering for front-line IT services and is delivered from Littlefish’s Rochdale Service Centre.
The contract, awarded via G-Cloud, delivers support to all IT users across the House of Commons, the House of Lords, and all respective support and Parliamentary admin staff. During transition in the run up to go-live, Littlefish shadowed the PDS team as part of the knowledge transfer process. The flexible service will scale with fluctuating demand and is designed to improve access to IT support, delivering a quicker and more consistent service to all staff across Parliament.
