AI business solutions that take Microsoft AI into daily operational use

Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform put generative AI, predictive analytics and process automation directly into the tooling your organisation already runs. Our team deploys each layer in your tenant and instruments role-based access, sensitivity labelling and Microsoft Purview controls from day one. Every Copilot session stays inside the data permissions each user already holds.

Most engagements start with a Copilot Readiness Assessment that audits tenant configuration, identity governance, data classification and licence allocation. The output sets the controls and adoption pattern that hold beyond initial rollout. We hold six advanced Microsoft specialisations including Specialist AI Platform on Azure. AI Business Solutions sits inside our wider data and AI consultancy, and we handle vendor-agnostic generative AI separately for use cases outside the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

Our Microsoft AI business solutions

Microsoft 365

Across the Microsoft 365 estate, we manage Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams as a single tenant. The team hardens configuration against Microsoft and CIS benchmarks, optimises licence allocation, governs identity and refreshes baselines each quarter as Microsoft updates them through release waves.

SharePoint

We run SharePoint Online for document management, intranet and collaboration across the Microsoft 365 estate, where permission architecture and information architecture shape what Microsoft 365 Copilot can surface. The team designs the tenant, migrates content, governs access and keeps the platform and the Copilot index aligned as both evolve.

Microsoft Teams

We deploy and run Microsoft Teams as the voice, meetings, collaboration and front-line worker platform across desktop, mobile and Teams Rooms hardware, including hybrid meeting environments. Copilot in Teams handles meeting summarisation, action capture and document drafting, and we drive adoption across user cohorts through Microsoft Viva telemetry.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Tenant readiness is as much the work as the software rollout, so we sequence Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment through licence allocation, sensitivity labelling, data classification and phased release across defined user cohorts. The Copilot Readiness Assessment opens the engagement, and we track real engagement through Microsoft Viva and tenant usage analytics.

Dynamics 365 CE

We deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a single platform for sales, customer service, marketing and field service, with Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Service embedded in the user workflow. The team handles implementation, customisation, integration and ongoing managed support as the suite expands per Microsoft release wave.

Dynamics 365 ERP

Our team manages Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Business Central as a single Microsoft platform for finance, operations and inventory. Embedded AI handles forecasting, cash flow analysis and demand planning, while we deliver implementation, integration and ongoing managed support through year-end optimisation and external audit support.

Power Platform

We govern and run the Power Platform across the Microsoft estate, where Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI deliver low-code development, automation and analytics. The team owns environment strategy, citizen-developer enablement and managed support across the full stack as adoption scales beyond a handful of pilot apps.

Tenant readiness, oversharing exposure and adoption stall in Microsoft AI deployment

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery Icon

    Copilot deployment outpacing tenant readiness

Microsoft 365 Copilot rolls into tenants where retention policies, sensitivity labels and data loss prevention reflect human access patterns rather than AI surfacing content at machine speed. We audit tenant configuration, identity governance, data classification and licence allocation through the Copilot Readiness Assessment before deployment, so the controls fit how Copilot retrieves information.

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery Icon

    Oversharing exposed by Copilot Search

SharePoint and OneDrive permission sprawl built up over years surfaces the moment Copilot summarises content users have access to but were not expected to read. We remediate through Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels and SharePoint permission audits, scoping the work to the sites and libraries Copilot indexes first so remediation tracks deployment.

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery Icon

    Adoption stalling after deployment

Copilot licences land, deployment completes on schedule and daily active usage stays low because the tooling has no map to named workflows. Our adoption work integrates Copilot into specific roles, processes and applications, with Microsoft Viva and tenant usage telemetry tracking real engagement rather than licence activation.
