Data Protection & Privacy Notice
At Littlefish we take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about how we will use your data.
Our grounds for processing your personal data
We will process your personal information to provide you with services and information you request from us and to deal with your enquiry.
By completing forms, emailing us or using our live chat function and providing us with your information, we believe you are expressing an interest in our services. Therefore we’d like to contact you in the future with other information, and about other services we offer, that we believe will be relevant and of interest to you and your organisation in a legitimate interest capacity.
How we will use and store your data
The information you provide will be stored in a 3rd party marketing tool which will enable us to send tailored communications and serve tailored website content to you in the future. During this process personal data may be transferred outside of the EEA to third parties however we shall always ensure adequate safeguards are in place prior to any such transfer. The information you provide may be linked to other data (for example how you browse our site, which content you request, which email links you click on) which will allow us to better understand your interests, with the intention of providing you with a better, more relevant experience. To do this, the Littlefish website uses cookies – to understand what this means and how this affects you please read our Cookie Policy.
As well as cookies we use IP address tracking tools to identify organisations visiting our website and the location. When you browse our website, we use a 3rd party tool that looks up your IP address against their database of company IP addresses – if the third party identifies your company, it notifies us and tells us which pages you visit. The third party database also contains the names of relevant organisational contacts. When we establish that there is an interest, based on the pages you visit and existing data we hold on your organisation, and our experience of similar organisations use of our services, we will use existing data we hold and/or publicly available data (for example public social media data) to attempt to contact the most appropriate person, in order to ensure your organisation has all the information it requires about our services and provide any further assistance required.
The sharing of your data
We will never sell or lease your data to any third parties.
We will treat your personal data with the same respect as we would wish our own personal data to be treated.
We may purchase data from third parties who have appropriate and compliant personal data collection, security, maintenance, sharing and control procedures in place. In this case we carefully select only companies who we believe are highly likely to be interested in our services, and only contact who we believe are likely to take responsibility for, or influence decision making, in the purchase of these services.
If you believe your data has been provided to us without your consent or you don’t believe we should be contacting you on the grounds of legitimate interest, please email info@littlefish.co.uk.

You can of course change your preferences and opt out of some, or all future communications at any time, on our preferences page, by emailing us at info@littlefish.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link which appears in all of our email communications.
