Steve Pell
Chief Operating Officer
Steve joined Littlefish in March 2023 as Operations Director, accountable for the quality, efficiency and continuous improvement of the services delivered to our clients, 24x7x365. Steve has worked in the IT industry for 30 years, most recently spending the past 10 years with Capgemini. During his time with Capgemini, Steve has performed the roles of Head of UK Service Delivery, Vice President of Global Service Delivery, and prior to leaving was Vice President of Operations and Delivery for North America, where he was based for 15 months in the United States.
Steve is passionate about people, leadership, motivation, and performance, always looking to identify and execute the next improvement opportunity. He has a proven track record in delivering results on a global scale through effective leadership and collaboration with people.
