The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

 Storm Technology is growing and we’re looking for a Senior D365 BC Functional Consultant who truly owns delivery end to end.

Not just requirements gathering.

Not just workshops.

Not just design.

We need someone who can take a solution from first conversation → to go-live → to client adoption… and actually understand the technology while doing it.

 

What you’ll be doing:

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role where you will take ownership of Business Central solutions across the full lifecycle.

You’ll:

·Lead end-to-end BC implementations, from discovery through to go live and beyond

·Run workshops, gather requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions

·Work closely with developers, you don’t need to code, but you must understand how BC works under the hood

·Design and document functional solutions that stand up in the real world

·Guide clients on best practice and challenge where needed

·Deliver training and drive adoption, not just hand over and walk away

·Manage your own workload, timelines and delivery outcomes

·Build strong client relationships and become their trusted advisor

This is not a “pass it on” role. You own it.

 

Who you are:

·Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV

·A proven track record of delivering end to end projects

·Someone who understands both:

·Business processes, and

·How the system actually delivers them

·Experience running discovery sessions, workshops and producing functional specs

·Comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels

·Confident, credible communicator

·Able to balance delivery quality with commercial awareness

 

If you bring this, you’ll stand out:

·Experience with 4PS (construction solution on BC)

·Exposure to complex implementations (multi-entity, manufacturing, project-based environments)

·Someone who doesn’t just configure, but thinks about the bigger picture
