Supporting Staff

We prioritize inclusivity and diversity by using ED&I surveys to engage with our staff, gaining valuable insights for improvement. We also provide neurodiversity training to our team leaders, recognizing the unique strengths of neurodiverse individuals.

Embracing neurodiversity allows us to celebrate diverse talents, enhance team dynamics, and drive innovation for success.

Our commitment to staff engagement reflects our dedication to a supportive workplace environment

Gamifying work and rewards

Centrical is our gamification platform which uses real time employee performance data to provide instant feedback on goals and performance, ensuring service desk engineers have clear goals that are aligned to business goals, and they are rewarded based on performance against their targets. Rewards are chosen by the employee and offer a combination of extrinsic (money, time off) and intrinsic (study time, development opportunities).
