My apprenticeship at Littlefish was the beginning of my professional journey, where I started with limited work experience and knowledge. My interpersonal skills also grew significantly, enabling me to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate more efficiently. As I progressed through my technical qualifications, my technical aptitude naturally improved. A standout achievement in my career, undoubtedly influenced by my apprenticeship, is my progression from Operations Engineer to Service Desk Operations Manager at Littlefish. Just nine months after starting as an Operations Engineer, I moved to the Service Desk, where I honed my technical skills and built lasting customer relationships. My desire to lead resulted in becoming a Service Desk Team Leader in 2017, managing teams including those I once worked with. Today, as Service Desk Operations Manager, I oversee daily operations and collaborate with team leaders, continuing to apply the foundational skills from my apprenticeship.
