Strategic guidance and proactive protection

Focus your cyber security strategy uncompromisingly around the goals of your organisation while gaining intelligence, technical understanding, and specialist leadership advice with cyber security consulting from Littlefish.

It can be tempting to lead conversations around security with a technology-first approach, forgetting something fundamental: that security, at its core, concerns people, not simply IT or configuration problems.

At Littlefish, we work collaboratively with your team to create cyber security strategies tailored to your organisation and its ongoing success.

Security is a business imperative

Most people know that organisations have a responsibility to safeguard their assets, maintain the services they provide, and incorporate the appropriate level of security into the data they hold. However, many organisations have lost touch with the best way of going about this.

Cyber security consulting from Littlefish is a tailored, flexible, and people-centric service. It’s designed to assess your cyber security requirements carefully and secure your information, technology, and networks from threats.

What we offer is truly collaborative. We provide guidance, planning, and protection – all carefully tailored to your risk profile and organisational needs.

Here at Littlefish, we work with one mission in mind: to offer straightforward security advice that protects your business.

  • Strategy Implementation

Leveraging our cyber security knowledge and experience, we’ll work with your team to implement a high-level plan for how your organisation will secure its revenue generating processes in the years to come. We work closely with your people to evolve this plan as cyber risks develop or change, and as your organisation grows. We’ll develop an effective cyber security strategy that is proactive by nature, and we’ll collaborate with your organisation to create business continuity and disaster recovery plans in the unlikely event an incident occurs.

  • Cyber Assessment

Our comprehensive cyber assessments are designed to identify areas of security weakness in your organisation – from technology, people and processes, and policies, through to procedures, controls, and standards. Once complete, we’ll share strategic advice and guidance with your organisation, collaboratively implementing change to mitigate risk and increase awareness levels across the board. Our cyber assessments can also be tailored to specific business requirements, such as industry or compliance regulations and employee awareness.

  • Table-top Exercises

A cyber crisis tabletop exercise helps organisations to identify different risk scenarios and prepare for them. Littlefish can host this activity at your organisation to evaluate whether the incident response plan in place works effectively in the event a cyber-attack occurs. The exercise considers simulated scenarios that could negatively impact your organisation and involves both internal and external stakeholders. Well analyse the crisis management capabilities of your organisation and make recommendations for change.
