CRITICAL HOUR FRAMEWORK: ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE WORST?

When the fire alarm goes off, everyone knows their role. 

Processes like exiting the building safely, meeting at the designated spot, and calling the emergency services usually happen like clockwork because there are accountable people, and the process itself is tested and rehearsed.
