Chief People Officer
A Little Introduction
In her role as Chief People Officer, Chloé heads up Littlefish’s ‘People’ department, which is formed of the Human Resource and Talent functions.
Chloé achieved her Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in HR Management from the University of Derby, and then went on to spend a decade and a half with Derbyshire-based aerospace and defence supply chain services provider, Pattonair.
During her time with Pattonair, Chloé’s most recent role was as European Head of HR, where she looked after the HR function across 8 countries in Europe, working alongside key stakeholders to find consistency through implementing HR strategies and initiatives which worked for all cultures.
In line with Littlefish’s strategic plan, Chloé is responsible for the whole employee lifecycle, from attraction and on boarding all the way through to employee experience at work, including learning, development, reward and benefits.
Chloé originally hails from Huddersfield in Yorkshire, and now lives in Derbyshire with her husband and young family. She is a proud mother of two young children, Freddie and Farrah, and has a Hungarian Vizsla named Rapha. In her spare time, Chloé enjoys going to the gym and spending lots of quality time with her family.
