Before joining Littlefish, Ursula held senior executive roles at Atos and Cognizant, leading large-scale international operations and driving transformation with purpose and performance.
She holds business degrees from top universities in Germany and Canada, and is passionate about how emerging technologies like AI and cybersecurity are reshaping the future of work.
A certified professional coach and co-host of the German-British podcast Positively Hybrid, Ursula mentors rising tech talent and advises on digital strategy at Birkbeck, University of London. Her leadership is grounded in one belief: technology should serve people — not the other way around.
