Efficiently manage multiple IT service suppliers

IT service integration and management (SIAM) from Littlefish removes the pressure and inefficiencies of supplier sprawl. An efficient SIAM solution frees up time and resources for your end users by streamlining all IT providers through one accountable supplier contact.

Alongside your IT team we leverage our substantial technical knowledge about suppliers, resources, and usage. This ensures your organisation onboards the most appropriate and cost-effective IT solutions, helping deliver your business objectives.

Littlefish’s SIAM services provide your organisation with instant access to our extensive integration management consulting experience. We will ensure your suppliers work together seamlessly to save on time, boost efficiency, and control costs.

Simplifying supplier management

From service outages and extended fulfilment times, to wasted energy, lack of focus, and unnecessary costs, a sprawling set of suppliers that are not working together effectively can spell bad news for businesses.

Littlefish’s SIAM service ensures your IT suppliers work together seamlessly; in one strategic direction.

We have significant integration management consulting experience and we’re used to working in environments where multiple suppliers provide IT services to a single client organisation.

We’ll also manage and maintain relationships with suppliers as your organisation evolves, ensuring no one drops the ball and that expectations continue to be met.

A collaborative approach

  • Define

Firstly, we’ll define the scope of your service requirements, making sure we understand all of your business goals.

  • Transition

Next, we’ll manage the transition of responsibility, implementing and developing a service catalogue to ensure objectives are met.

  • Run

This then puts us in a position to run the management of service streams, relationships, measuring and reporting.

  • Evolve

Finally, we’ll guide the evolution of your supplier relationships, aiming to minimise risk and reduce complexity.

Our SIAM solutions

  • Integration Management Consulting

If necessary, we can combine our own integration management consulting resources with those of a specialist partner or third-party organisation. This enables SIAM consulting in the areas of target operating model design, current state assessment, maturity assessments, tooling assessments and transformation.

  • Service Management Office Tailored

We can, based on your specific requirements, tailor our solution to include more ITIL processes, change the demarcation of responsibility within a single process between your organisation and ours, adopt different IT service management toolsets, or adopt alternative governance models including managing clients both on and off tool.

  • Service Management Office and SMO Plus

We will form part of your SIAM operating model and will implement our own best practice processes to manage suppliers end to end for incident, service request, change, problem and asset management. In addition, we will implement our own governance model to ensure daily operations are effectively coordinated and strategic direction is set.

Our SMO provisions fractional access to ITIL process specialists, who work as the ‘right hand’ of the customer, managing day to day service processes and service integration across all actors (be they internal or external) across the service ecosystem. Download the factsheet to discover more.

Littlefish’s approach to service integration consultancy is fostered by adopting early engagement with the customer, where possible, during the service definition phase and by following our core precepts that govern our approach to SIC. Download the factsheet to discover more.
